These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of EarnLab Live (the "Course"), operated by [YOUR NAME / BUSINESS NAME], [CITY, STATE], India ("we", "us"). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Course
EarnLab Live is a 6-week live online course on AI-powered digital marketing, delivered via scheduled video sessions, assignments, recordings, templates, and a private community. Session dates and times are communicated before each cohort begins. We may reasonably reschedule individual sessions with prior notice.
2. Enrollment & payment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment (or first EMI instalment) is received.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Your access
- Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, recordings, or materials is prohibited.
- You receive lifetime access to session recordings and course templates for personal use.
- Community access continues as long as the community operates and you follow its rules.
4. Intellectual property
All course content — recordings, templates, scripts, documents, and materials — is our intellectual property. You may use it for your own learning and business. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, or create derivative courses from it.
5. Code of conduct
We may remove you without refund (beyond the guarantee period) for harassment of students or instructors, spamming the community, sharing pirated materials, or any unlawful activity.
6. No income guarantee
Testimonials and figures on our website reflect individual results. We teach skills and process; we do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount. Your results depend on your effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — in short, a full refund is available within 7 days of the first live session, no questions asked.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in the community. Continued participation after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY, STATE] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
