Refund Policy
The short version: attend the first session. If it's not for you, email us within 7 days and you get a full refund. No forms, no interrogation, no hard feelings.
1. The 7-day guarantee
You are entitled to a 100% refund of your enrollment fee if you request it within 7 calendar days of the first live session of your cohort. This applies regardless of the reason.
2. How to request a refund
- Email contact@earnlab.live with the subject "Refund request", or message us on WhatsApp.
- Include the name and email/phone used at enrollment.
- That's it. No reason required.
3. Refund timelines
- We confirm your request within 2 working days.
- The amount is returned to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- For EMI purchases, the refund is processed to the card and the EMI mandate is cancelled; your bank may take one billing cycle to reflect it.
4. After the 7-day window
Refunds are not available after 7 days from the first live session, because you have access to all materials by then. If a genuine emergency prevents you from continuing, write to us — we may offer a transfer of your seat to the next cohort at our discretion.
5. Cohort cancellation by us
If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a cohort, you receive a full refund automatically, or you may choose to move to the next cohort.
6. What refunds don't cover
- Payment gateway or currency conversion fees charged by third parties, where applicable.
- Removal from the course for violating the Terms & Conditions (e.g., piracy or harassment) after the guarantee period.
